Ballet for adults

introduces students to basic techniques of ballet. Ballet skills improve technique, strength, balance, musicality and self expression. Class will be half barre and half center work.

Ballet for adults is not a performance class. Ages 18+ of an any level may join this class. Ages 13-17 of a more basic level may join this class if they are a part of CNSF youth program

Students attending this class may also attend other classes on the schedule. See here for class description.
