By participating in CNS activities, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks. You agree to follow safety instructions, studio policies, instructor directions, and event rules.
Colorado New Style reserves the right to deny or limit participation if required forms are incomplete, if safety rules are not followed, or if participation may create risk to the participant, staff, instructors, contractors, other students, guests, or the community.
7. Participant Conduct
Colorado New Style is committed to creating a respectful, welcoming, professional, and safe environment.
Students, clients, applicants, visitors, instructors, contractors, staff, and event participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, students, guests, performers, and community members.
Colorado New Style may remove, suspend, or restrict participation for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, dishonest, or inconsistent with CNS policies or community standards.
8. Photos, Videos, and Media
Colorado New Style may take or use photos, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, or other media from classes, rehearsals, private lessons, workshops, performances, events, social events, or other CNS-related activities.
Media may be used for internal documentation, program communication, newsletters, social media, website content, advertising, promotional materials, or other business-related purposes when allowed by applicable waivers, permissions, releases, or consent forms.
