Whether you dance Salsa, Bachata, or Latin Fusion, this class will teach you how to move with intention, sensuality, and strength. You?ll learn essential techniques to elevate your styling, including:

? Elegant arm styling ? How to move your arms fluidly without stiffness.
? Sensual body movements & isolations ? Master ribcage, hips, and shoulder isolations.
? Footwork technique ? Clean, sharp, and expressive foot placements.
? Syncopations & rhythm mastery ? Adding musicality to your styling.
? Multiple turns ? Improve your spins and spotting technique.

Who Can Join?

? Ages 18+ with an intermediate level in Latin dance.
? Ages 13-17 can join if they are part of the CNSF Youth Program.
