Salsa Shines Foundations – Intro 1 & Intro 2 (Denver, Colorado)
Is a progressive footwork class designed for absolute beginners and early-level dancers who want to build strong fundamentals, rhythm, and confidence through solo movement (shines).
This class is offered in two introductory levels to support a smooth and structured learning path:
Intro 1 is for students with no prior dance experience. This level focuses on basic Salsa shines, rhythm awareness, weight transfer, balance, and coordination, helping brand-new dancers feel comfortable moving to music from day one.
Intro 2 is designed for dancers with approximately 3 to 6 months of experience. Students build on foundational shines by developing clearer timing, stronger footwork patterns, musical awareness, and improved body control.
